Heal your body, naturally. I’m an experienced Massage Therapy Professional and a firm believer in a holistic approach to healing. The human body is made up of the mind, body, and spirit. All three must be in working order, so that a free flow of energy is achieved. Through my practice, I work hard to release this energy and promote well-being.

My mission is to restore the health of my patients and improve their lives through alternative treatments. I am mainly a Massage Therapy Professional, but I often use or recommend other alternative methods, such as yoga or chinese herbs, for ongoing treatment. My mission is to heal, but also to teach my guests a better approach to their own health. It’s not enough for me to just improve their health, I want to improve their lives.

My Journey
I’ve been a Massage Therapy Professional since 2010, but have been around alternative medicine my whole life. Throughout my childhood, both my parents instilled in me the important values that I apply to my treatments, such as the importance of integrity for wellbeing. Every day, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

Deep Tissue Massage
With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I’m trained in holistic therapy techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Swedish Massage
In Sweden, "Swedish massage" is simply known as "classic massage". And that is exactly what it is -- a classic treatment which represents the western standard for massage. The five main techniques used in Swedish massage -- stroking and gliding; kneading; rubbing; tapping or pounding; vibration -- are probably what spring to mind when you think about a "typical" massage.


Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation in the recipient. During aromatherapy, the skin is warmed and the blood drawn to the surface, increasing circulation and encouraging the elimination of toxins from the body, which has the consequence of speeding up recovery time from any illness or injury.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (a form of connective tissue that lines and ensheathes the other soft tissues). Sports massage is designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances in soft tissue that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.
